Meet Brooke Crosley

President and Principal

From the moment Brooke Crosley first experienced professional coaching, she knew she’d found her calling. Today, as President and Principal of Crosley, Inc., Brooke leads a nationally recognized leadership and sales coaching firm anchored in a powerful conviction: lasting transformation begins with mindset. With nearly 20 years of coaching experience, Brooke has built a reputation for navigating challenging conversations fearlessly, operating from her core belief that genuine growth occurs when individuals become clear, accountable, and fully present.

Brooke’s professional journey began in corporate consulting, where she spent nine years partnering closely with senior executives and high-performing sales teams. Rejecting generic solutions, Brooke developed a deeply personalized methodology that involves uncovering limiting beliefs, creating customized strategies, and committing to measurable, long-term results. In 2015, she channeled these insights into founding Crosley, Inc., and for the past 11 years, she has been the driving force behind a practice combining Hogan assessments, evidence-based clarity, and an unwavering commitment to accountability.

Brooke’s standout quality is her bold directness—she doesn’t finesse around uncomfortable truths; she engages them directly. She challenges assumptions, confronts inertia, and guides clients in recognizing their blind spots. This fusion of empathy, candor, and discipline empowers her clients—whether C-suite executives or high-stakes sales teams—to break through mental barriers and sustain meaningful, measurable progress.

Beyond her client engagements, Brooke channels her leadership into serving as Board Chair and Executive Committee Chair for IndyHumane. Since stepping into these roles in early 2022, she has successfully merged her professional ethos with her personal passion for animals, steering the organization toward stronger strategic partnerships, fiscal sustainability, and greater community impact. Under her guidance, IndyHumane achieved its first balanced budget in over a decade, maintained a remarkable 96% save rate, and expanded its community outreach through low-cost clinics and enhanced foster care programs.

At the heart of Brooke's work:

  • Mindset first: Brooke begins every coaching journey by transforming how individuals and teams think, understanding that without clear mindset foundations, strategic plans rarely endure.
  • Measured and meaningful: Each engagement includes defined metrics—revenue growth, retention rates, engagement scores—to ensure transformation is both deeply felt and objectively verified.
  • Community-led leadership: Whether guiding corporate executives or nonprofit boards, Brooke consistently delivers clarity, accountability, and visionary leadership.

"Best work gets done when companies and people have the courage to get real and intentional about growth."

Learning should crack a smile. If it's boring, it's forgotten.

People own the answers they discover. We ask, they uncover.

Courage beats comfort. New wins live outside the safe zone.

How we coach (The Crosley Method)

Listen hard.

Forget slide decks -tell us the raw story.

Test assumptions.

Swap fuzzy hunches for quick reality checks.

Shine a light.

A Hogan Assessment plus a plain-English debrief shows where strengths take off - or trip you up.

Design sprints.

90-day plays with one fearless owner each keep momentum loud and clear.

Track the change.

We watch two things: the numbers and the behavior driving them - on one page.

Celebrate, then level-up.

High-five the win, raise the bar, repeat.

Why it matters

When thinking sharpens, sales grow, turnover drops, and Monday mornings get lighter. That ripple turns companies - and the humans inside them - into something stronger.
